In addition to, or as part of, the Service, you may use the "YoCierge Patient Facing Record Retrieval App" ("the App"). Your use of the app is strictly governed by the Company's Terms and Conditions (https://yocierge.com/terms_and_conditions), and the data practices therein are in accordance with both the provisions herein and the below.
Specifically, in the App, the Company shall store your data on servers in the United States. The only people to have access to your data will be Company staff and people/groups that you so designate. You may authorize access and sharing of your information with third-party entities, and you, generally, will not be notified of third-party access. The App does allow you to obtain a complete record of who has accessed data about you, however.
The Company allows you to obtain a complete record of the data that it has collected from you in the App, and the Company further allows you to delete all of the data that we/the App has collected from you. The App itself further allows you to delete the data that you have stored there, and the App does NOT retain your data after you have deleted the App and closed your account. Alternatively, the App shall store your data for seven (7) years from the date of retrieval, unless otherwise instructed by you.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 5, 2024, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes to its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
