Soluno, a time, billing, and accounting software designed exclusively for law firms, now perfectly integrates with YoCierge.

No Setup Necessary

When you sign up for our record retrieval services, let us know your firm is using Soluno. We'll make all the necessary adjustments so there's no setup required on your end.

Search our Soluno Files at the YoCierge Portal

Once your account is connected, you can type in the first few letters of your Soluno file name. From there, a drop-down menu will appear. Typically, the first 4 letters are all you need to find the correct information.

Pre-Populated and Accurate Data

After you've selected the Soluno file, we'll save any relevant data in the background for you. That way, you'll never have to look for the same information twice. For example, the matter number, matter name, plaintiff and defendant are brought over from Soluno in the next step:

Payables Registered Automatically

When we retrieve records and issue a bill for your firm, we automatically register it as a Payable in Soluno and assign it to the YoCierge vendor in your system. Also, a copy of our invoice is uploaded to the Payable item in PDF format, so you will have it easily accessible for review and payment. This could save significant time when handling a large volume of records.
